Is it true that bad writers make more money than good writers?
Recently I came across a blog post on Medium explaining why and how bad writers, despite spelling mistakes, awkward sentences and uninspiring narratives, moneywise, are more successful than good writers.
It is not about whether you can make an emotional connect with your readers or not. A bad writer is a bad writer in every sense of the way. So let’s rule that out.

Success, especially monetary success, is not about talent. It is not about intelligence.
In the modern world, it is about marketing and networking. Coupled with hard work and persistence.
People don’t read you because you’re a good writer. People read you because you’re always there. Maybe they like you. Maybe they have gotten used to you. Maybe they have adapted their literary tastes, though unknowingly, to the way you write.
