Instead of worrying about writing every day, focus on regularity
Many writing experts advise you to write every day. This is not a bad idea. If you can, you SHOULD write every day. But if you have a job or if you have a business to run, writing and publishing every day might not be very practical.
“Publishing” here means publishing your blog post or article on a website like Medium, your own blog, or a place like LinkedIn.

Personally, my philosophy is that if you want to do something, you can do it. This is applicable to me too. When I say I want to write and publish daily but can’t, it doesn’t mean it’s impossible — it simply means I need to improve my time management.
A decent 500-word article, on an average, takes anywhere between 45–60 minutes. And that, when you don’t need to research much. You write in a single flow. Dedicating 45–60 minutes daily to writing can feel daunting, especially when it’s just one brick in the distant castle of your writing career, rather than your primary livelihood.
That being said, if some people can’t write every day, they feel discouraged. Result: they stop writing altogether.
This is disastrous. What’s the solution?
